Scenario
People are judged by the type of job they have. Aperson's identity in society is mainly by their job. So when a person whose job requires not a lot of qualifications, people tend to treat them as if he/she is stupid.
Student 1
You work in an office building and you are unhappy about the quality of cleanliness in your office. the windows are not perfectly spotless to the way you want it. You tell the cleaner to come to your office to discuss this and you treat him/her as if he/she is stupid.
Student 2
You join in the discussion and you say to the cleaner that his/her job isn't that difficult because any stupid person can do it. So cleaning the windows to be spotless isn't hard and he/she is just lazy.
Student 3
You are another office worker but you don't like how the others are talking down to the cleaner. You believe that cleaning is hard work and they should not expect so much from the cleaner.
Teacher
You are the cleaner and you are vacuuming the carpet until the boss tells you to come into his/her office. This person is not your employer as your boss is the owner of the entire building so this person can't fire you. Though if he/she complains about you to your actual boss, it could lead to getting you fired. So you have to say that you are not expected to be absolutely perfect but try to deal with it in a polite manner.

You and student 1start making fun at student 3 and the teacher for wearing last year's fashion. You both discuss how cheap their clothes are and that they have no dress sense.
Student 3
You and the teacher are not really poor and are quite well off, the reason why don't don't keep up with fashion is because there are more important things in life than fashion.
Teacher
You believe that fashion is a waste of money and those who need fashion to give themselves identity is an indication of a lack of intelligence. An intelligent person does more with life than a person who worries about fashion.

So they will put them into a place which is similar to a hospital and they will seldom visit the grandparent.
Student 1
Your life is too busy to worry about your father/mother for you to take of as he/she constantly needs help to go to the bathroom and other things. You really don't want the burden of having to care of him/her and just want someone else to take care of him/her.
