Hey teachers, how would you like to make more money from your school? Schools pay a lot of money to recruiters for them to find teachers but what if you were to recruit teachers yourself? You can post ads on the free job boards the same way you found me and use my website to show the photos of the city and apartment. All the prospective teachers will contact you and if your school wants to hire them then they have to pay you. You don't need to pay me anything I will make my money from the advertising on my website you keep all of the money from the school.
Sounds good? It's pretty easy.
Send a whole bunch of photos of the town, school and apartment.
Write all about the town, school and information about the contract.
Send it all to my email and I will do the rest.
Other teachers will trust you more than a recruiter, you can negotiate with the school and they most likely will be more than happy for you to do this. Don't tell them that you are using my website keep that just between ourselves. Doesn't matter what country you're in and if you change schools you can continue to find them teachers and start looking for teachers for the new school.
Our school requires more teachers for the next semester. They are offering (such and such amount), flight reimbursement and furnished apartment. This is something I can do or you can do yourself which is to write an ad on the free teacher's boards. It is not a problem for me to do but if I have so many I might just write one ad for multiple schools. If you were to write it yourself this means your ad will be visited more. It is up to you but I don't mind writing an ad for you.
How much do recruiters make? I asked one of my foreign affairs officers and if a teacher's salary a month is 3500 yuan then that is how much the school has to pay. So if you were to offer your school less and provide quality teachers then it should be easy.
