This is general for teaching in China and it will vary from different universities.

Salary: minimum at least 3500 RMB this is standard salary for non-experience and without TEFL certifications.

Accommodation: free room and furniture is standard with salary. This includes television and internet access, some schools offer desk top computer but may not have printer. Also a bathroom with western toilet is standard and shower with hot water. Some schools have apartments on campus or off campus.

Airport pick up: the school will greet you at the airport with your name on a sign.

Holiday pay: minimum at least 1000 RMB traveling allowance for each semester

Vacations: winter and summer, weeks will vary from schools.

Working hours: 16 hours for 3500 RMB class time but not for preparation time.

Air ticket: reimbursement of air ticket up to 7000 RMB

Chinese lessons: free optional 2 hours a week class depending on the school and if you desire having tuition.

Health: this will vary from schools and accidental situations such as breaking your leg should be covered by the school, things such as health should be discussed with the school you are going to work for.
